By creating an account or using GoCollab you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Platform usage
You may use GoCollab only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Plans auto-renew until canceled. Pricing changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
Automation limits
Free and paid plans have daily/monthly limits to comply with Meta API quotas. Limits are visible in your dashboard.
Prohibited usage
No spam, scraping, harassment, adult content targeting minors, deceptive advertising, or anything violating Meta's terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Service availability
We target 99.95% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
