Refund Policy
We want you to love GoCollab. If something isn't working for you, here's how refunds work.
Free trial
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period and can cancel anytime.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. You'll receive a renewal reminder 3 days before each cycle.
Refund eligibility
Monthly plans: refunds available within 7 days of charge if usage is minimal. Annual plans: refunds available within 14 days of charge, prorated for any used months.
How to request a refund
Email billing@gocollab.app with your account email. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
