This Privacy Policy describes how GoCollab ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Instagram DM automation platform.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, billing data) and information collected automatically through your use of the platform (device, log, analytics). When you connect your Instagram/Facebook account, we access only the permissions you grant via Meta's official Graph API.
Customer lead and message data
Through automations you build, GoCollab stores the messages, comments, story replies, and lead form responses you collect from your audience. You are the controller of this data; we are the processor and only act on your instructions.
Analytics data
We aggregate anonymous usage statistics (clicks, conversions, message volume) to improve the product. You can request raw analytics exports at any time.
Data storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Backups are encrypted and rotated. Access is role-based and audited.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@gocollab.app to exercise your GDPR, CCPA, or other rights.
Deletion requests
Account deletion is available in your dashboard or by writing to privacy@gocollab.app. All personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

We use a minimal set of cookies for authentication, analytics, and product preferences. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Third-party integrations
When you connect tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, or WhatsApp, data is shared only as needed to execute the integration. We do not sell your data — ever.
